About Department
The Chemistry Department started B.Sc. Chemistry (English Medium) since the inception of college in 1985, with a first batch of 18 students passing out in 1988 with five faculty members.
At present the Chemistry Department is running B.Sc., M.Sc.(Organic Chemistry) and Ph.D courses. The students strength in B.Sc. is 249 and in M.Sc. it is 60.
Eligibility for B.Sc. Chemistry
- Candidate must have passed standard 12th (HSC) Examination in Science (A,B,AB), through Gujarat Board or any other equivalent board (like CBSE, ICSE) with English subject.
